Global Creative Leadership

It’s nice to meet you

Everyone has a story to tell - Here’s mine.

I am a Cannes Lion winning global creative leader currently serving as Executive Creative Director for Intuit Credit Karma where I help drive over $2.5 billion dollars in marketing attributed revenue while overseeing the 45-person creative and production team. My previous leadership roles include serving the SVP Executive Creative Director at Tonal, Global GDD at Amazon overseeing Prime, Alexa, FireTV, Music & The Climate Pledge, and as VP Creative Director at MTV, VH1 & LogoTV.

I have spent my career crafting award-winning creative for global brands including new product launches, Super Bowl campaigns, and full identity systems. But I know that great work is more than just arts & letters. It is the result of finely tuned strategies, executed flawlessly by the right teams, for brands that understand their purpose. I believe the best creative exists at the intersection of brand strategy, executional craft, and cultural relevance — and that it’s my job to build the teams and processes which make it possible, on a global scale.

Brand Positioning & Strategy

I recognize that the real “big idea” is the one a business is built on. I have spent years helping companies articulate their unique positions to both their teams & their customers in a way that is ownable, memorable, and creatively generous.

Brand Identity & Design

Instantly recognizable design can make a brand an icon. I help companies create a visual language that best expresses their personality and ethos in a way that builds heritage and, most importantly, resonates with customers.

Creative Org Design

Companies come in all shapes and sizes, and so should their creative departments. I have helped design the right creative organization for every size company – from a lean and mean 10 person team to sophisticated global marketing behemoths spanning disciplines like strategy, design, generative automation, performance marketing, retail design, project management, production and post.

Creative Process Management

When it comes to “What’s more important for success – talent or culture?” - culture trumps talent every time. Developing a rewarding creative culture can include initiatives ranging from reimagining more inspiring briefing materials to realistic timelines & approval processes or the application of mentorship programs. Every creative org has its own needs; assessing and implementing the right solution is what I love to do.
